Running Log

Running still sucks. But I keep signing up for races anyway, where there is discomfort is where growth happens. Training across 10Ks, half marathons, marathons and trail distances. Goal is to run a 100 mile ultra in few years.

On running

“Running still sucks. But I'm naturally quite good at it, so I figured I might as well start entering races. There is no growth without discomfort - and running has plenty of both.”
